Good Afternoon from Thomasville, NC,

My name is Greta. I am a 63 year old grandmother or as my 3 granddaughters call me, "Nana". My first granddaughter is Katie, who just turn 10 years old last month. The other two granddaughters are twins. There names are Bridget and Rebecca. They were 8 years old this past April. They all are the light of my life. I hope someday that at least one of my granddaughters will love crocheting as much as I do.

I also have a wonderful husband, Harold, who has put up with me for 44 years. God blessed me when he sent Harold my way.

I love crocheting. I started crocheting when I was pregnant with my only child, Abbye. That was 41 years ago. I took crocheting lessons and have continued on. I have several different hobbies, but I seemed to always go back to crocheting.

Hello Greta, we're so glad you're here! I live in Alabama. I hope you find that there are a lot of very special, wonderful and kind people here.

Unfortunately, I don't have any grandkids, yet. My boys are 21 and 24, they still have a lot of time still. There's always hope, right?

Hi Shelley, there is plenty of time. My husband and I had given up on our daughter getting married. She was twenty nine.
