Greetings from northern Illinois!!!!

I am new to the craft of crochet. I just started this summer and am totally hooked!! Yes, that pun was most definitely intended. I love the art though my skills are currently limited to things that are square or rectangular.

My question to the community is, "Are there any other guys out there that crochet??" As a man that crochets, I have gotten some strange reactions from people when I tell them about my latest hobby.

Glad to have you here! There are some men on this site which is fantastic. Many men are crochet designers too. I believe we are artists. Two suggestions for you-Google and YouTube can be your greatest help and inspiration at times. Second-all on this site are friendly and helpful. Any questions just post and someone will come to the rescue!
