I am new here & looking forward to learning new ways

Hi all glad to be part of thins site. My name is Andrea, but most people call me Andy. I will be 60 yrs young this year. I have been crocheting for many years, but one is never to old to learn new patterns. I have had nothing but time on my hands for the past 3 years. Back surgery that didn't heal the way it was supposed to. I have trouble walking and most time in the chair. And what better thing to do is crochet or knit. I have been making afghans in my time in the chair. Right now I am making a scrap afghan, and I love it, so many colors. I have made many scrap afghans and given them away, now I am keeping the ones I make now. Need them to keep me warm in my old age Well take care all for now, and Happy to be here like I said
