I would like to find free patterns for embellishments for baby boy crocheted hats. I can find "tons" of flowers, etc. for girls, but practically nothing for boys. Thanks to any of you.

Hello,

I would suggest looking a fridge magnet crochet items since these are small and come in a variety of themes. If you need to make them smaller, you can use a smaller hook size and if you are using baby yarn - it will be smaller as compared to regular yarn projects:
