    Wash day

As I was doing laundry today, I was thinking of the little hints on doing laundry I learned over the years! My favorite is to hang pants and jeans by the legs so you don't have to iron them! It really works! Does anybody else have tips they would like to share?

    Hello,

One thing I do when I am drying clothes (especially towels), I check half way through and remove any lint built up in the trap. This will help the clothes get dryer much sooner.

I know to clean out the dryer lint trap so it won't catch on fire. Don't know if you're still with us.

I always wash my lint trap because I use dryer sheets. A quick test is take your lint trap and run it under water if the water stays on the trap or beads up you need to wash the trap. After washing run the trap under water again and you should see the water running through the trap nicely. This also protects your dryer machine.

Thanks for the tip to wash the dryer vent. I just sprayed the dryer vent with water.
