Hi all -- Just wanted to say hi and let you know a little about our Prayer Shawl Ministry at our church. We started it in Dec. of 2012 with 6 members...and have grown to a membership of 26. We have knitted or crocheted and given away over 150 prayer shawls to those in need of comfort and prayer. We also make prayer cloths, prayer crosses, prayer scarves and stoles. It is such a wonderful ministry. Do any of you belong to a prayer shawl ministry? So far, we have been blessed with yarn donations from a yarn shop here in town, some yarn distributors and individuals. So no one has had to purchase yarn. I'll have to post some pics of some of our shawls.
