My name is laurie h. I started to teach myself to crochet about a year ago. Due to health issues, I have alot more time on my hands! I'm trying to teach myself the afgahn st.

Laurie, In trying to do some of the stitches in crocheting, I tuned into The Crochet Crowd with Mikey. He does a lot of videos. Some of them are real helpful in learning how to make a stitch. I played one several times till I found that I could stop it , do the stitch once or several times till I got the hang of it. I had put afghan blocks together by sewing them together. He showed how to use a lattice stitch and it looks so much better.

which afghan stitch are you learning...I only know a few but you tube sometimes has some helpful videos to help
