    Hello,

    I am an old crocheter. My Mother taught me in 1977. I picked it up again in 1981 when our first born came. I love to make practical, useful items. I am originally from Ohio. I joined the Air Force and traveled to Texas, Arizona, Germany, Louisiana and Kansas. My husband is still in the military. He has served over 35 years. We have two children. One is 32 with our two grandchildren and then we have a 16 old son at home. I have been intimated by hurtful remarks about my crocheting so I have been putting it off. I am now ready and prepared to get busy again. Thanks for letting me join your site.

    Thank you for your welcome. I originally come from Akron, Portage Lakes, Streetsboro Ohio........I always felt Cincinnati was very pretty and amazingly clean!
