My name is Mary. I found a link to this site from Knitting Paradise. I am so happy to have found a site with more crochet postings and interest. I have been crocheting for about 30 years. In the last year or so, I have found the treasures of a LYS and am enjoying working with the outstanding fibers I have found there. For me, crochet is relaxing, calming, and comforting. I am also interested in the history of crochet and all needlework - seeing how it has been an influence in women's lives for centuries.
