    Hello from. Arizona!

    Hi I am excited to be a member of this forum! I enjoy crocheting and knitting when I am not busy on our cattle ranch. Besides our cattle and horses, we have 7 dogs, 2 cats, a rabbit, birds, fish and a rooster. I have been crocheting almost 3 years and I aspire to learn new techniques and more complicated stitches.

    Hello! We have Chinese Painted Quails (Button Quails), Finches and Canaries. Our male cat is black with a white face and our female cat is a black and grey tabby. I would like to learn to crochet doilies. The doily in your avatar is truly beautiful!

    WOW WOW! I want quals!! Where do they live? I have 3 crazy lovebirds and 3 nice budgerigars. Thank you for the kind words. I love filet crochet these days. I have finished one doily I do not show it yet...

    Our small Button Quails (they are as small as a canary) live with our other birds in a large aviary cage in our home. They are a joy to watch and interact with! How did you learn to filet crochet? Did someone teach you or are you self taught?

    Oh dear! Filet crochet is easy! You should know 1 stitch and one loop. I would like to have button quails when lovebirds will die. They are killers. Oh well Filet doilies look nice from #30 thread. I am self taught in many fields. I love to learn new things == Larisa
