Hello, and welcome. My daughter-in-law lives in Boone. She is retired from Appalachian State. Beautiful country you have up there at the top of the mountain! I live in flat, flat Oklahoma, but it's home and I love it.

[Hello. My name is dgreene1051 and I am new to the site.
Well, how about that? My boyfriend, Ben Windley, played at Shatley Springs in Jefferson for years. Ever been there and heard him? He plays the sax and harmonics. Ever eat at Shatley? Great food. We live in Tarboro, NC and also in Huntsville, AL. In AL. right now to spend Christmas with my kids and grandkids. He is from N.C. and I am from AL.
