Colors that look good with Teal

I am starting a lap blanket for my Dad...

I started with a Teal color.... I want to end with the same Teal color, and put two other colors in between...

What colors would you guys suggest? I have a bright yellow that would probably be great next to the Teal... could I put just one color next and then use the bright yellow and end with Teal?

    Suggestions welcome, welcome , welcome!

I'm particular to salmon or dusty rose and pearl grey with teal....depends on the shade. Happy chrochetting.

I line my colors up with the one color I want to use and see which combination I like the best.

I did that pgirsh, and thought the yellow would be an 'inviting' color for my Dad since he is sick.... now looking the teal, I was thinking of using two smaller rows of colors.... teal... ______________ , _____________ , teal.
Maybe teal, then a tannish color, then a dusty rose, then teal again..... making the teal rows a little larger than the other two.

Those colors are pretty together too. One of my granddaughters is doing a baby's room in turqua, white and black. I made a baby afghan in red, black and white and made his parents one in same colors for their wedding. The boy's room is Dr. Suess
